Frequently, there seems to be some confusion about what you can snack on once you’ve adopted the Grain Brain lifestyle. You may think it’s much easier to snack with reckless abandon, as you can just grab a granola bar, have half of a sandwich, or reach for a serving of pretzels and hummus (don’t worry, you can still have the hummus, just use vegetables instead). In fact, there are just as many simple snacks available on a Grain Brain diet, except they’re better for your brain!
