Gluten-free foods can take many forms these days. Walk into your local health food store or supermarket and you will surely see plenty of gluten-free alternatives to some staple foods. These can be anything from gluten-free pizza to gluten-free bread to gluten-free cake. However, as you might guess, this does not mean that these alternatives are necessarily healthful, just because they are gluten-free.
