My wife and I are 60 years old. We saw your program, BRAINCHANGE, in March 2014 and subsequently purchased Grain Brain and made the dramatic shift to a gluten-free, grain-free approach to eating. We emptied the pantry of any gluten-related items. The major improvement is that, after three months, I no longer take a daily iron supplement and have an increased feeling of energy. My iron and ferritin readings are now in the normal range.
