Three years ago my weight was up to 165 lbs. (I am 5-7 tall, was 62 at the time). I am loving the weight loss almost as much as the great food. I recently was diagnosed with a mild case of anemia, probably due to esophageal abrasions. Due to the anemia, I have not played golf in over a year. I walk when I play and knew I would never make it. I will start with 9 holes next week, and am walking 3-5 miles 3 or 4 times per week now.
