I had been experiencing puzzling health issues (fatigue, foggy brain, feeling off balance, chills, sweats) on-and-off for three years. A year ago, food intolerances were identified as the culprits. Glucose intolerance and high C-reactive protein were persistent problems. I eliminated gluten (along with other recommended problem foods based on an ALCAT test) from my diet, and, paired with a healthy fats diet, I believe this is responsible for the stark turnaround in my health. I’ve seen a loss of unwanted body fat and an across-the-board improvement in all of my health issues.
