- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts or pecans
- Olive oil
On a plate, either halve or mash a whole avocado. Sprinkle with pepper and very little turmeric.
With your hands, break up nuts and sprinkle on top. Top with desired amount of drizzled olive oil. Serve with green vegetables, such as celery, some hummus for dip if you like.
