- 1/2 slightly firm avocado
- Stevia, to taste
- 8oz (or less, as desired) whole-fat milk (can substitute almond milk)
With a spoon, scoop out soft fruit in thin slivers (down to the skin) into a glass. Mash with a fork adding Stevia to taste. Add cold milk to mixture, and whisk together and enjoy.
