Buffalo Drumsticks with Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon hot sauce (more to taste)
2 chicken drumsticks
1 cup cauliflower florets
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Place drumsticks and cauliflower on baking sheet.
Melt coconut oil and hot sauce together in a small bowl and brush onto all sides of chicken and cauliflower.
Roast 30 minutes, turning at 10-minute intervals until chicken is cooked through and cauliflower begins to caramelize at edges.
Serve immediately.
