- 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds (or almonds)
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Unsweetened dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, etc.), warmed
- 3 medium fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ tbsp. dark chocolate (more than 70% cacao), finely chopped
In a cereal bowl, combine all ingredients except milk and berries. Warm milk until it is very hot, but not boiling, then pour over cereal; stir and let cereal sit 5 minutes.
Top with sliced berries and chocolate and serve immediately.
