Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup ice

1/2 avocado

2 Tablespoons key lime juice

2 Tablespoons hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)

Natural stevia, to taste (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth and serve immediately.
