Sesame Kale Salad

Lunch, Dinner


  • 8 oz. kale, washed and torn into pieces
  • 3 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated peeled ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Prepare washed kale by breaking into bite-size pieces. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Rub mixture together with kale for1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
