Brain-Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Brain-Healthy Chocolate Mousse


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 T coconut oil – melted
  • 1 T cacao butter – melted
  • 1 T cocoa powder
  • Pinch raw vanilla powder or 1/2 tsp extract
  • Pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • 10-15 drops stevia liquid to taste (nu naturals brand)
  • 1 medjool date soaked and pitted (optional but adds texture and smoothes out sweet flavour)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds (blended smooth first in a magic bullet with 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk)
  • 1/4 tsp guar gum (add last)


Blend all in a food processor. Refrigerate for eight hours for flavors to blend and mature.
