Morning Burst Smoothie

Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • A large handful of kale
  • A large handful of spinach
  • A large handful strawberries
  • A large handful pineapple pieces
  • 1 tbsp of chia or ground flax seed (can use both)
  • Plain coconut water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
